these are a series of photos from a trip up to this ancient forest in the white mountains of the eastern sierras of 3,000 to 5,000 year old bristlecone pine trees.i went up three different afternoons and late evenings and once at night to to try to get some star photos and do some light painting for the first time,this series of photos is the end result for this trip. this was also the first snowfall for the season which i feel really helps enhance some of the photos.enjoy.
